Garbis Dilge, possibly the longest-term resident in France, died at 68 in the Creuse region after over 25 years of assignment to residence. His lawyers are denouncing administrative actions following his death. Dilge, of Turkish-Armenian origin and a refugee since the 1970s, faced expulsion orders from the 1990s due to past convictions.
